We would love to hear your feedback about the Christmas Concerts. Not so much whether or not you enjoyed the music, but more about the impact it may have had in helping you to reach your community to discover life in Christ.
Did you invite a friend, neighbor, coworker who doesn't attend church? Did they show up? Did they talk with you about it? Let us know, so that we know this event is fulfilling its purpose, and so that we can continue to do it in the future.

Several of my unchurched friends I invited came Wednesday night. They all enjoyed it very much. One brought another friend with her.
ReplyDeleteSpecial opportunities like this to invite our friends are great, by I should be more pro-active in inviting them on Sundays as well.
A friend of Chris Jolly told me it was the first time she had been to our church since Pastor Dinwiddie was here. He left in 1962! And she enjoyed it, finding it was different than what she expected.
And a HUGE thanks to everyone who brought food, set up and served and those who provided childcare on Friday night!!
ReplyDeleteIt was INCREDIBLE! Friday seemed like the chorus was more loosened up and they were surely shouting for joy! It was GREAT! Liked the kid section this year. Good idea. Well, except for those who didn't know they sat in it. Hee hee. It was a joyous night and SO hard to stay seated.
