Bike & Build Update

Bike & Build is a non-profit organization that raises money (over 1.5 Million so far!) for affordable housing for low-income families across the US. Each year, they send out several teams that literally bike across the country, stopping every few days to help build Habitat for Humanity houses.

Some of you might not even know, but Nags Head Church has hosted a B&B team for the past few years...they gather at Nags Head Church for a few days in May, then head off for a two month ride to Sand Diego, CA. You can view their route below, and read more about this team Here.


Well, they finish their journey this week! Unfortunately, on the last few days of their trip, three different bikers have been struck by vehicles...all are OK, but could use our prayer.

Congrats to our B&B team for their successful trip, and to NHC for helping to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most!
