New Ministry Team at NHC!

We are looking for a few good men and women to join the Assimilation Team. The Assimilation Team will help connect people with NHC. We will launch this new team in February. We are looking for NHC partners who would like to serve God and their church by doing the following:

Contact team
Ministry Description:

Partners on this sub team will be the second point of contact from NHC for our local guests. The first point of contact is our 1^st Impressions team and our partners on Sunday morning. When a local guest fills out a communication card someone from the contact team will call them within 48 hours of their visit and thank them for worshipping with us and possibly field any questions a guest might have.

Time Required – 10 to 45 minutes per week depending on the amount of contacts. 2 to 3 short meetings per year.

Requirements - A partner of NHC who has completed the team training. Expected to complete NHCU classes within a year of joining the team.

Partnership Consultant
Ministry Description:

Partners on this sub team will take part in the new partner interviews. Following the interview process consultants will help and encourage the new partners to get involved in a Connection group as well as move around the bases by taking the NHCU classes, similar to an advisor in college.

Time Required – 8 hours per year in the interview lunch process (4 interview sessions) 1 hour (or less) per month consulting and encouraging partners in the NHCU and Connection group process. 2 to 3 short meetings per year.

Requirements – A partner of NHC having completed all of the NHCU classes.

If the thought of helping other believers connect with NHC and grow in their faith walk excites you the Assimilation Team may be the perfect fit for your SHAPE. With the minimal time involvement and the fact that most of the ministry can be done from your home this would be a great addition to your weekly ministry team at NHC.
