Maybe you've noticed the guitar Nathan plays as he leads worship at NHC. There's an abalone white rose inlay in the peghead that's distinctive. (Maybe you helped Tricia a couple of years ago purchase the guitar for him. She got it for him because their daughter Gwyneth Rose's name means "white rose".)
But there's another story behind the guitar. It's the signature model of Doyle Dykes, a world reknowned acoustic finger-picker. In this video, recorded this month at Saddleback Church, Doyle told the story behind the white rose and then played the song he wrote for his daughter Heidi.
You'll enjoy both the story and the music.

I was hoping owning Doyle's guitar would give me Doyle's skills...not yet...
