KidMo was rockin! Andy's sermon was perfectly in line with our connection group discussion this past week. The parent/child dedication was exploding! Great Sunday and NHC!

The part in Andy's sermon, where we are to model for our children...I have been thinking on that so much. How many times do we think that our love for our children and our words are sufficient? When in reality, we should be living the Christ-like life that we would want for them...whether it be attitudes, relationships, or any other thing...how can we expect them to listen to us, if we aren't willing to live it ourselves?
ReplyDeletesecond service a gentleman who has been attending and is involved in the construction industry said he was willing to do whatever labor he can do to help finish the upstairs.
ReplyDeleteAnother gentleman who has been attending for a couple months handed me some money to go towards the building of the upstairs.
My voice was totally gone by 3pm yesterday afternoon. I'm glad it happened then and not on Saturday.
It was fun to watch the adults who got into the Kidmo stuff. I love it when we have fun worshipping at NHC!
