Prayer Warriors,

Thank you for standing up to the kingdom of darkness and calling on the master of heaven and earth to bring HIS kingdom into this place. We've been super busy and will continue to be throughout March.

Praise God for our Program Director Training this past weekend. Ross Blackburn from Boone NC was here for less than 24 hours as we crammed the how-to's and what it takes to run INSIGHT into his brain. He and his small church have a passion for the nations and desire to be a place of training and teaching truth (countering some of the lies taught at some secular schools, Appalachian State Univ. in his case). He desires to have a program up and running by the fall but needs the Lord to provide facilities and staffing. Pray for these needs so that Western North Carolina will have an alternative education system for a reduced price that will bridge high school and college for dozens of kids.

Pray for this week's INSIGHT Spring Retreat. Today is study day and tomorrow is a big test. pray for their stamina as they work hard to prepare for an all day exam. Wednesday through Friday will be the second installment of discussing a definition of the kingdom of God: ""The Kingdom of God is the people of God consecrating themselves in order to fulfill the purposes of God." The retreat will be an applied mission mobilization conversation with the students. They are getting the knowledge to be mobilized, but the curriculum itself doesn't ask (out loud) the personal application of all the missions material. We'll take them through biblical definitions of calling and vision, help expand their view of who can get involved and the different ways, and then help them process how to be a catalyst for missions mobilization as they continue their college career. Pray that they will take ownership of these concepts and truly see the need for discussing these things in this context. Also pray over the extended community time we'll have to bond and deepen relationships.

Pray for the upcoming Meet and Greet Recruiting Events (3/17 & 3/22)

Pray for the next INSIGHT Program Director Training (3/27 - 3/28)

Pray for our adoption plans (should hear from social worker soon as to when we can schedule interviews and home inspection)

Pray for our strength and ability to continue to move forward without much breaks. Pray we can maintain our current levels of energy and productivity until after the next Program Director Training.
